Recipe of the Week-Kort's Pistachio Bread

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. small instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil

Mix all the above as you would for a cake. Divide dough evenly into two greased bread loaf pans, or 4 mini loaves.
You can also make any leftovers as muffins too! Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
